I'm Alex

It's a pleasure to meet you.

Over the last ten years, I have been been building the savvy and skills to become a marketing partner that you can trust. With over five years in the non-profit sector as an outreach and education specialist, I developed and managed projects and campaigns to inspire and engage others in critical conversations. The ultimate goal: Cultivate dialogue and influence social change.

 

Using my education and understanding of what drives human behavior, I craft and tailor marketing strategy in a thoughtful, well-timed, and connection-focused way. These skills are widely applicable to all industries, but the key is believing in the work. The clients I choose to collaborate with all have one thing in common: A commitment to making their communities better. 

Experience and intention.

Using the program development and messaging experience garnered in the non-profit sector, I began a full-time career in marketing. Since 2017, I have been serving people and organizations doing good for their communities through marketing and public relations services, with a specific focus on digital marketing strategy. I am skilled across all social media outlets, and adapt your messaging from one platform to the next. From Facebook, to Instagram, to Twitter, to Pinterest, to YouTube, to LinkedIn and more, there is always a unique story to be told, and never a one-size-fits-all approach to getting there.

As part of our work, I can support you in developing a robust web presence through light website design and content management, Search Engine Optimization, and more. I can also help you plan and promote events on social platforms and Eventbrite. Finally, as your public relations specialist, I can develop blog posts and newsletters, engage the media to tell your story, and coordinate with your teams to ensure you stay on-brand and on-message.

Adapting to new industries and being part of new efforts has been the fabric of my career, and I have served clients in food and beverage service, coffee industry, mental health, higher education, and non-profit sector.
